Restaurant software for groups with several locations

For an owner with several restaurants, Mezbano runs the locations as one brand: recipes, ingredient prices and checklists are set once, while each store keeps its own sales, costs, team and month close. The brand pages show each store’s day, readiness and menu prices side by side, with what needs you first.

What you need

  • Set it once

Recipes, standard ingredient prices and the checklist library are written once for every location, and a location can keep its own version of a recipe when it needs one.

  • Compare locations

The brand summary shows each location’s sales so far this month, profit and prime cost. Readiness by store shows each location’s last seven days, signed off or not, and Menu costs across stores shows where a dish sells at a different price.

  • Keep each location’s books

Each location records its own sales, expenses and labour, sees its own profit and loss, and closes its own month.

  • Managers per location

Give each location its own owners, admins and members. A person sees only the locations they are a member of, with the role given in each.

Modules, in order

The modules that matter most to a business like yours, most important first.

  1. Finance

Each store keeps its own books, and the brand pages show sales, labour and prime cost store by store.

  2. Costing

Each store costs the shared recipes from its own deliveries and prices, and the brand’s Menu costs shows each store’s menu price.

  3. Floor

Readiness by store shows which days each store signed off and which it did not.

  4. Store papers

One set of policies, contacts and announcements for all your stores.

  5. Enterprise

Company sign-in can be required store by store, since each store’s rule is set on its own.

How stores and the brand share data

Your locations share one brand, so they read the same recipes, ingredient prices, checklists and policies. Each location owns its records: sales, expenses, labour, deliveries, its own prices, floor work and its team. As the brand’s franchise owner you have owner-level access to every location; a location’s team sees only the stores they belong to.

Questions owners ask

Can each location set its own menu prices?

Yes. A store can set its own price for a dish when it differs from the brand’s, and Menu costs across stores shows which stores do.

Do my managers see every location?

No. A person sees only the stores they are a member of, with the role you give them in each. As the brand’s franchise owner, you see them all.

Can a location close its month on its own?

Yes. Each store closes its own month, which locks its sales, expenses, deliveries and hours until that store’s owner reopens it.

What Mezbano does not do

  • Inventory counts or moving stock between locations.
  • Staff scheduling across locations.
  • Supplier ordering or purchase orders for the group.
