Restaurant software for franchise brands
For a franchise brand, Mezbano keeps the recipes, standard ingredient prices, menu, checklists and policies in one place that every store of the brand reads. Each store records its own sales, costs and floor work, and the brand console shows every store’s day side by side. No other brand sees any of it.
What you need
-
One standard for every store
Write and publish menu and prep recipes once, keep the brand’s standard ingredient prices, and write the checklists your stores run in the checklist library. A store can keep its own version of a recipe when it needs one.
-
Every store at a glance
The brand summary shows how each store is doing today and what needs you across the brand, most urgent first. Readiness by store shows each store’s last seven days, signed off or not.
-
Spot menu price drift
Menu costs across stores shows each dish’s list price, its cost from the brand’s ingredient prices, its recipe food cost, and the stores that sell it at a different price.
-
The same rules and news everywhere
Policies, contacts and announcements belong to the brand, so every store reads the same ones. The Mezbano team enters them for the brand, and policies can also come from a starter set.
Modules, in order
The modules that matter most to a business like yours, most important first.
- Costing
Write and publish recipes once for every store, keep standard ingredient prices, and see which stores sell a dish at a different price.
- Floor
Write the checklists your stores run once, in the brand’s checklist library, and see each store’s last seven days side by side.
- Store papers
Every store reads the same policies, contacts and announcements, and no other brand can see them.
- Finance
Every store records against the brand’s own sales channels and expense items, and the brand summary adds up every store.
- Enterprise
Teams sign in with your company login, and the brand console opens only when every store of the brand admits the person.

Questions owners ask
Can one franchisee see another franchisee’s numbers?
No. A store’s team sees only the stores they are members of. The brand’s franchise owners see every store of the brand.
Can a store change a brand recipe?
A store’s owners and admins can keep the store’s own version of a brand recipe and set its own price for a dish. The brand’s recipe stays as it is, and Menu costs across stores shows which stores sell a dish at a different price.
Can two franchise brands share recipes in Mezbano?
No. Brands share nothing: no recipe, price, checklist, policy or record of one brand is visible to or usable by another.
Who sets up new stores?
The Mezbano team sets up new stores with you. Each new store reads the brand’s recipes, ingredient prices and checklists from the start.
What Mezbano does not do
- Royalty or franchise-fee billing to your franchisees.
- Adding stores yourself: the Mezbano team sets up new stores with you.
- Writing policies, contacts or announcements in the brand console: the Mezbano team enters them, and policies can also come from the starter set.
- Moving a store that has records to another brand: a new store is added under the other brand instead.
