    Gift card e-cards and module figures at month close

    • Gift cards can now be sent as e-cards by email with a QR code, and printed in batches.
    • Close the month and the brand summary now show each module’s figures.
    • Mezbano asks you to accept updated terms before you carry on, with many smaller fixes throughout.

    • Products and ingredients keep a permanent code that is never reused, so printed recipe check books stay consistent.

    • Each brand now has its own expense items and sales channels, found under brand Settings.
    • Tables can be sorted and filtered from their column headings.

    More accurate recipe costs and price dates

    • Recipes using a prep recipe like dough or sauce are now charged its exact cost, so some recipe costs move by a few cents.
    • A price saved without a start date now applies to past dates too, and a same-day correction updates it in place.
    • Unit conversions that reverse or contradict saved ones are refused, and deliveries and temperature logs can be dated to the business day.

    Business day, dated prices and frozen past days

    • The business day now rolls over at 04:00 store time, so late-night entries, sign-off and month close count toward the right day.
    • Commission rates, menu prices and ingredient prices now take a start date and keep their history, so earlier days keep the old rate.
    • Finished operating days keep what they required, and days with no sales or nobody working can be recorded and signed off.

    • Prep quantities are no longer rounded away, small losses no longer show as gains, and month comparisons use matching day ranges.

    • Set menu prices for your brand, override them per store, and see food-cost percentage and margin on recipes and reports.

    • Each store can now set its own time zone and currency, so its business day matches where it operates.

    • You can now edit an expense or purchase note in a submitted month, as long as the date, amount and item stay the same.
    • Sub-recipe lines must use a count unit such as batches or servings, so recipe costs come out right.
